These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Benifabrics.com Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By submitting an affiliate application, or by using affiliate links or codes, you (“Affiliate”, “you”) agree to comply with all of the following terms. If you do not agree, do not join the Program or use any affiliate tools.

Enrollment & Eligibility

1.1 Application

To join, you must complete the affiliate application form with accurate, current information.

Benifabrics.com reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion. Reasons for rejection may include (but are not limited to) content or promotion channels misaligned with our brand values, illegal or offensive content, or other reputational concerns.

1.2 Affiliate Account

Once approved, you will receive access to your affiliate dashboard, a unique affiliate link (and/or discount code), and promotional materials.

You are responsible for keeping your account information up-to-date, including your payment details and contact information.

Promotional Guidelines & Responsibilities

2.1 Permitted Use

Affiliates may use promotional materials provided or approved by Benifabrics.com, including banners, logos, product images, and text content.

Affiliates may promote via social media, blogs, email marketing, videos, influencer posts, or other online channels, provided they comply with these Terms.

2.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

Using affiliate or discount codes on unofficial or unapproved coupon, deal, or cash back websites unless explicitly authorized.

Advertising via paid search or pay-per-click campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads) using any trademark or variations (incl. misspellings) of “Benifabrics”, “Beni Fabrics”, or derivative terms, unless you have explicit written permission.

Misleading, deceptive, or false claims about Benifabrics.com products (e.g. efficacy, materials, origin) or promotions.

Spam, unsolicited bulk emails, or messages.

Impersonation of Benifabrics.com staff or misrepresenting your affiliation beyond what is disclosed.

Publishing affiliate links or codes in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations in your country or region.

2.3 Disclosure Requirements

You must clearly disclose that you may earn a commission from purchases made via your affiliate link or code (e.g. “I may receive a commission for purchases made through links in this post”).

Any reviews or promotional content must state your affiliate relationship in accordance with relevant advertising law (e.g. FTC in the U.S., or relevant law in your country).

Commission & Payment

3.1 Commission Rates

You will earn USD $50 for each valid sale made through your unique affiliate link or code.

3.2 Valid Sales

Commission applies only to valid transactions, meaning:

Orders placed by genuine customers (not yourself).

Payments that are completed and not refunded, cancelled, or reversed.

Orders not marked fraudulent.

3.3 Minimum Payout & Payment Timing

Payments are made monthly, provided your account has reached a minimum payout threshold of USD $100 (or equivalent in your currency).

If the threshold is not met in any month, your earnings roll over into subsequent months.

Payment will be made via the payment method you selected (e.g. PayPal, bank transfer). You must ensure your payment details are accurate. Benifabrics.com is not responsible for failed or delayed payments due to incorrect or outdated information.

3.4 Taxes and Fees

You are solely responsible for any local, state, or national taxes, charges, or duties arising from your commission earnings.

Benifabrics.com may withhold payments if required by law or regulation.

Use of Brand & Materials

4.1 Brand Assets

You may use Benifabrics.com name, trademarks, logos, and approved marketing materials for promotional purposes only.

4.2 Restrictions

You may not modify logos or trademarked materials in a way that misrepresents Benifabrics.com.

You may not create any websites, social media pages, apps, or any other channels that give the impression of being an official branch, employee, or division of Benifabrics.com.

Confidentiality & Data

5.1 Confidential Information

Information that is not publicly available (e.g. unpublished product plans, internal pricing, affiliate conversion data) must be kept confidential.

5.2 Data Protection

Affiliates must handle any customer data they receive in compliance with all applicable data protection laws (e.g. GDPR, CCPA).

Termination & Suspension

6.1 Termination by Either Party

Either you or Benifabrics.com may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason, with written notice (email or through the affiliate platform).

6.2 Suspension for Misconduct

Benifabrics.com may suspend or terminate affiliate accounts immediately in case of violation of these Terms (e.g. fraudulent activity, misleading claims, misuse of brand assets).

6.3 Effects of Termination

On termination, you must immediately cease all promotion using affiliate links, codes, and company materials.

Any earned commissions that meet the payout threshold prior to termination will be paid in the next scheduled payment cycle.

Commissions below the threshold at the time of termination may be forfeited (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

Liability & Indemnification

7.1 Your Liability

You are responsible for all content you produce in relation to the Program: accuracy, legality, truthfulness.

7.2 No Warranty by Company

Benifabrics.com makes no guarantees regarding earnings, traffic, or sales. Participation in the Program does not guarantee any level of profit.

7.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Benifabrics.com, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your promotional activities.

Disputes & Governing Law

8.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we prefer that both parties try to resolve it informally via written communication within [30] days of raising the issue.

8.2 Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and interpreted under the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction — e.g. Queensland, Australia / your location], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Changes to Terms

Benifabrics.com reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time.

We will notify Affiliates of any material changes via email or notice on our affiliate dashboard.

Continued participation in the Program after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Benifabrics.com regarding the Affiliate Program.

Any earlier agreements, representations, or understandings (oral or written) are superseded by this Agreement.
