Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, via Australia Post.
How long will it take me to get my order?
We dispatch orders within 1 working day
Your order should arrive within 2-5 business days.
For customers in WA and NT, orders should arrive within 3-7 business days.
While the vast majority of our orders arrive on time, once in a while an order may be delayed for reasons outside our control. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact hello@benifabrics.com for support.
How much do I pay for shipping?
Shipping can be calculated at checkout, once address is entered.
How do I track my order?
After you've ordered, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a ‘Track Order’ button.
Can I change my shipping address?
Provided your order has not shipped yet, yes. Please email us the new details and we will change this over for you.
I think my order is lost/hasn't been delivered?
If your item still hasn’t been delivered after 14 days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation.
